01 Introduction

Welcome to gq33. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gq33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gq33 online gaming platform available at gq33.net and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

02 Eligibility

By ticking the eligibility confirmation checkbox during registration, you are making a formal declaration that you meet all criteria listed above. Providing false information in connection with eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of gq33 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a secure password.

You agree to the following account obligations:

1. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration and at any point thereafter must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2. One Account Rule: Each individual may maintain only one active gq33 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. gq33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4. Unauthorised Access: You must notify gq33 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. gq33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
5. KYC Verification: gq33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

gq33 maintains a PKR-native wallet, meaning all account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. We do not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the gq33 cashier section.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and Cash Deposit where available.
• Deposits are typically credited to your gq33 account within minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfer, processing may take up to one business day.
• gq33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the gq33 platform and are not held in a segregated client account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds to your account or is verified as belonging to you.
• All pending KYC verification requirements must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days.
• gq33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

05 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on gq33, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, baseball, and all other product verticals available on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by gq33. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. gq33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.

• Live In-Play Betting: Live cricket and sports betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. gq33 may suspend markets at any time during a live event. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• Result Disputes: In the event of a disputed result, gq33's decision following review of all available evidence shall be final and binding.
• Slot and Casino Games: All outcomes for slot games, RNG table games, and crash games are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Evolution Gaming Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and physical game equipment. Results are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed by the system.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

gq33 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Pakistani cricket events such as PSL season. The following terms apply to all gq33 promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your gq33 wallet. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gq33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen identity documents, registering on behalf of another person, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting syndicate arrangements that violate platform rules.

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or place bets on gq33 without explicit written consent.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, software glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using gq33 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime. gq33 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to gq33. All outstanding balances will be frozen pending investigation of any chargeback claim.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward gq33 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the gq33 platform — including but not limited to the gq33 logo, brand name, platform interface design, software, graphics, game content, text, data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of gq33 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gq33 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any gq33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the gq33 platform or its games.
• Use the gq33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest affiliation with gq33 without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the gq33 platform through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of gq33 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability under applicable law.

09 Privacy & Data

gq33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

gq33's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gq33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the conditions described below.

Termination by You:

You may close your gq33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Note that if you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, we strongly recommend activating self-exclusion rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger protections including restrictions on re-registration.

Termination by gq33:

gq33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the internationally recognised licensing jurisdiction under which gq33 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and gq33 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body as designated under gq33's operating licence.

13 Changes to Terms

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the gq33 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
